Mike Mack is an Entrepreneur, Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, Speaker and Author. He is a sought-after sales, service and leadership expert. He has been helping people maximize their potential since 2006 with the use of leading edge training programs and personalized coaching. He is passionate about helping companies increase their customer satisfaction, employee retention and achieve profitability.

Mike specializes in Customer Service, Sales, Team Building, Leadership Development, and Strategic Planning with the objective of making the overall customer experience remarkable. Mike is the author of REMARKABLE Service – How to Keep Your Doors Open, and it’s Mike’s belief that “Remarkable Customer Service” can lead to enhanced revenue and overall profitability. For Mike, it’s about “trusted collaboration” with his customers.

Mike holds an MBA from Athabasca University and is a proud member of Synergy Network (Edmonton Alberta Canada), serving as Chair in 2016; Member of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth), President 2018/19 for ACG Edmonton; Past member of Toastmasters International, obtaining his Distinguished Toastmasters Designation—DTM. (The Distinguished Toastmaster award is the highest Toastmasters International bestows); Member of CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Speakers); TEC Canada Speaker; Past-President, Rotary Club of Edmonton Mayfield (2005/06). Mike and his wife Bonita live in Edmonton and love mountain biking in Edmonton’s River Valley or in the majestic mountains of Alberta Canada

Matt Graff

Matt is an advocate for collaboration and enhanced team communication to stimulate organizational growth.

As an experienced consultant and facilitator and the Director of Business Operations with X5 Management, Matt has a passion for helping organizations succeed through team development, sales strategy and group facilitation.

Matt helps align all of the moving parts of a business for sustainable growth, motivating organizations to improve communication internally and externally to promote customer service excellence while keeping the sales pipeline full. An experienced speaker, Matt connects with all participants and audiences, including CEO's, sales & service professionals, operations managers, supervisors, and entrepreneurs.

Matt was born and raised on his family farm near Ferintosh, and continues to believe in the importance of rural development and community involvement. Matt is dedicated to agricultural sustainability and is an experienced manager of resources, production and people in agri-business.

Matt holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and appreciates working with other energetic and motivated individuals to facilitate, develop and implement customized business solutions. He has extensive experience in management training and consulting in various industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, agriculture and government. Arnold McLaughlin

Arnold loves the art of the sale and connecting with everyone that he meets.

He has served as a Business Advisor and Mentor to Mike Mack for over 15 years. His experience and wisdom has served Mike well during this time frame. Arnold believes that “dropping a pebble and chasing the ripples” is essential for long lasting business relationships.

Arnold uses his exceptional sales and business development skills to acquire more corporate customers for Mike Mack and his team of associates.

Arnold has been a Sales Professional for over 50 years, including Commercial  (I.C. & I.) Real Estate. He is currently licensed with Macdonald Realty Ltd., in Vancouver, B.C. His real estate career has focused predominantly on commercial sales and leasing for the entire 46 years that he has been licensed. He has had longstanding and proven success over these many years and is still active in the profession because of his passion for sales, allowing him to stay focused everyday. He is a gifted communicator and has a natural ability to work a room and build meaningful relationships with ease. His recall for information is exceptional and allows him to add value to those that he serves, each and every day.

Arnold, and his wife Janette, reside in Coquitlam and enjoy remaining active in beautiful British Columbia.

Michelle Clarke

Michelle believes creating connection is key.

Michelle brings a diverse background in finance, administration and event planning/project management to support Mike Mack and our valued customers.

From the very beginning of her career, which started in the financial services industry, Michelle recognized the intrinsic value of connecting with and relating to people as the key to providing remarkable customer service and this became the cornerstone of her work approach.

In 2005, armed with the knowledge, skills and experience of 14 years in various financial service and advisory roles, and a formal education in Communications/Public Relations, Michelle moved into the field of corporate event planning, where she helped plan and execute corporate conferences, seminars, awards galas and organizational fundraisers. The high degree of organizational skill and strategic thinking this role demanded served to further hone Michelle’s skill set and she brings these strengths to her Strategic Assistant role.

A Saskatchewan native, Michelle moved to Edmonton in 2002 with her family and now calls Alberta’s capital home. She is active in her community, having served on Parent Councils and Community League Boards, and thrives on connecting with others, giving back, learning and growing. During her downtime, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and running her weekly 5k’s in the scenic ravine areas near her home.
