Mike has extensive experience working in various sectors with both large corporate clients and small business enterprises and has a proven leadership track record in Corporate Canada that spans 28 years. Companies experience a positive transformation in their business process, team focus, and strategic direction.
As a Professional Speaker Mike strives to connect with every person in the audience. He is passionate about his presentation content and truly believes in the message that he delivers.
As a Business Process Coach, Mike helps align all of the moving parts of a business for sustainable growth. He has coached and mentored hundreds of individuals to be more effective and productive, while building meaningful relationships for long-term success.
He holds an MBA from Athabasca University along with a Fellow of The Institute of Canadian Bankers designation. Mike is a proud member of Synergy Network (Edmonton), Toastmasters International, along with CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Speakers).
Mike loves what he does professionally and his energy and passion are evident when he is engaged in a keynote presentation or workshop and when he is supporting X5’s customers with Business Strategy or Business Process Coaching.
He is a lifelong learner and enjoys transferring his knowledge and experience in a mentorship capacity. Over the past 5 years he has mentored and supported young men and women of the Army Cadets with Public Speaking skills.
Mike is committed to wellness by practicing yoga and loves to ride his mountain bike in the beautiful mountains of Alberta and Edmonton’s incredible River Valley.
